AltaBird Investments and Stonemont Financial Group have announced the completion of the Brown Thrasher Logistics Center in the Savannah Metropolitan Area. The development consists of 281,067 square feet of speculative, Class A industrial space and is located close to the Port of Savannah. The building is fully leased to Tyler Distribution, a subsidiary of Port Jersey Logistics. Construction concluded in May and the project team included AltaBird Investments, Stonemont Financial Group, and others.
