Digital freight matching (DFM) firm Convoy claims to have reduced cargo theft and fraud by 90% through its real-time fraud detection system. The system, which has been in beta testing since January, combines machine learning, forensic behavioral data, automation, and industry collaboration to monitor risk, block fraud, and apprehend perpetrators.
